Refunds will only be granted if canceling from an event prior to 60 days before the event. A credit for participation in a future Brook Sports event will be given for teams who notify the tournament director between 59-31 days prior to the start of the event. No credit/refund will be given to teams that cancel 30 days before the event begins.

Full Refund:  60+ day notice.
Credit for future events:  31 to 59 day notice.
No Refund or Credit:  30 day or less notice.
